He joined the firm in 2016 after working as a partner at the Toronto office of Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. His files often involve corporate and commercial disagreements, securities, oppression, insolvency, professional negligence, and defamation claims across industries including financial services, real estate, mining, and consumer products. Bryan was called to the Ontario bar in 2008 and holds an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto's Rotman School. He has appeared before every level of court in Ontario as well as courts of appeal in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Quebec, and before the Ontario Securities Commission. He also teaches as an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall and supervises students at its Investor Protection Clinic.
