About Sanjit

Sanjit Rajayer is an associate at Blakes with a broad civil and commercial litigation practice focusing on intellectual property and procurement law. He has appeared before the Federal Court of Canada and advised on procurement disputes and arbitration. He's experienced in IP aspects of commercial and M&A transactions. Before joining Blakes, he clerked at the Court of Appeal for Ontario and practised law in India for five years, including in-house at a major consumer goods manufacturing company, on regulatory litigation and corporate commercial matters.
