Sanjit Rajayer is an associate at Blakes with a broad civil and commercial litigation practice focusing on intellectual property and procurement law. He has appeared before the Federal Court of Canada and advised on procurement disputes and arbitration. He's experienced in IP aspects of commercial and M&A transactions.
