About Brendan
Brendan Brammall is a partner at Chernos Flaherty Svonkin LLP focused on general civil litigation. Before joining the firm, he spent more than five years at McCarthy Tetrault's Toronto office, handling corporate/commercial, regulatory, administrative, and professional liability work, and has appeared before every level of court in Ontario as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. He clerked for Justice Ian Binnie at the Supreme Court of Canada and worked as an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York. He holds a law degree with honours from the University of Toronto, a master's in political philosophy from Oxford, and an honours undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia. Bilingual, he was called to the Ontario bar in 2007 and the New York bar in 2008.
