About Adam

Adam Zur maintains a wide-ranging civil litigation practice with a focus on commercial disputes, including shareholder and oppression claims, fraud, insurance matters, contract disputes, and real estate litigation. He has represented clients as counsel in front of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice as well as the Court of Appeal, and has helped with cases before both the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal. Before joining Chernos Flaherty Svonkin LLP in 2022, he worked as an associate at Bennett Jones LLP. Adam earned his law degree from the University of Windsor and holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from Western University, where he received the Diamond Jubilee Alumni Gold Medal. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2019.
