About Claire
Claire Wortsman is building a broad civil litigation practice at Chernos Flaherty Svonkin LLP, where she joined as an associate after summering and articling at the firm. Her work spans partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of contract and professional liability claims, and employment disputes handled both in court and arbitration. She holds a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she was a research assistant with the Intellectual Property Law and Technology Program, a senior editor at the IPilogue, and a member of the Jessup International Law Moot team. She received the Honourable N.W. Rowell Prize in Public International Law upon graduation and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024.
