About Amélie

Amélie Thériault was called to the Quebec bar in 2005 and focuses her practice on insurance law. She handles insurance coverage disputes as well as civil and professional liability matters, advising clients and insurers, drafting pleadings and legal opinions, and negotiating settlements. Thériault represents clients before all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court, the Court of Québec and administrative tribunals. She holds an LL.B. and a graduate diploma in transnational law, both from the Université de Sherbrooke. She is a member of the Association des femmes d'assurance de Montréal.
