About Kyle
Kyle's practice covers commercial and residential real estate, with particular emphasis on commercial financings, property acquisitions, conveyancing, subdivision development, and land use planning matters. He acts for property developers, lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, companies, government bodies, and individuals. He also advises renewable energy companies on real estate aspects of wind and solar projects, including land acquisitions, transmission easements, and leasing. Kyle earned his J.D. from Dalhousie University in 2019 and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2020. He belongs to the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and the Canadian Bar Association and serves as a director at Student Housing Nova Scotia.
