About Beth
Beth McGrath is a partner in the firm's St. John's office, practising corporate and business law, energy and natural resources, and corporate finance. She advises a wide client base, including oil and gas companies, financial institutions, mining and exploration companies, and public and private corporations, on transactions such as reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions and securities offerings. Beth earned a B.B.A. from Acadia University and an LL.B. from Dalhousie University, and was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 2006. She has served as president of the Canadian Bar Association's Newfoundland and Labrador branch and sits on the CBA's national board of directors. Beth is also vice chairperson of the St. John's Port Authority and a part-time business law instructor at Memorial University.
