About Christopher

Christopher Marr practises corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law for both for-profit and not-for-profit clients, estates and trusts planning and administration, pensions and benefits, and securities. He works with business owners, professionals, high-net-worth families, investment management companies, and pension and benefits administrators, and also acts as agent counsel for other law firms. His experience includes private placements and public offerings, corporate structuring, estate planning and administration, and advising on survivor and death benefits. Marr earned his LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick in 2010, holds an Osgoode Certificate in Pension Law, and carries the Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation from STEP.
