About Ben

Ben is a Partner in McInnes Cooper's Halifax office practicing corporate and business law, with a focus on corporate transactions, debt and equity financing and general corporate matters. He advises private corporations, lending institutions, business owners, entrepreneurs, and charitable and non-profit organizations on purchase and sale transactions and financing arrangements. Ben is also a part-time faculty member at the Dalhousie University Schulich School of Law, where he teaches Corporate Transactions. He is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, the Canadian Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and was named a Lexpert Rising Star: Leading Lawyers under 40 in 2024.
