About Danielle
Danielle Kline is a partner and corporate lawyer whose practice is centred on private equity. She co-heads the firm's GP Advisory practice, working with both newer and long-established private equity sponsors on how their firms are structured and governed, along with carry and other economic terms. She has represented sponsor clients on GP seeding and GP stakes deals, and, alongside the firm's private investment funds and fund finance teams, she advises on various alternative liquidity solutions. Danielle also helps clients outside private equity with similar arrangements, such as synthetic carried interest structures, as well as employee investment programs, and she regularly acts for both targets and acquirers on mergers and acquisitions, including cross-border deals, joint ventures, and majority or minority investments. She helped found Young Women in Law and now serves as a senior advisor to its board of directors.
