Leah Frank is a partner at Torys and an experienced corporate lawyer who guides public and private companies as well as institutional investors through capital markets and M&A activity across various industries. She co-heads the firm's Financial Services Transactions group, practicing corporate and securities law with a focus on public company advice, capital markets transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
