About Baljinder
Baljinder Bains is an associate in Bernard LLP's Business Law Group, advising on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations for private companies, institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals and family offices, including business purchases and sales and Indigenous business ventures.
