About Baljinder

Baljinder Bains is an associate in Bernard LLP's Business Law Group, advising on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations for private companies, institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals and family offices, including business purchases and sales and Indigenous business ventures. Before joining Bernard LLP, he articled at the Vancouver office of a national Canadian law firm. He earned his Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University and a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting, from Simon Fraser University, was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2023, and is fluent in Punjabi.
