About Brian

Brian Purcell is the managing partner of PLLR Lawyers. His practice focuses on corporate, commercial and business law, commercial real estate, and commercial leasing, advising clients from small business owners to large private corporations on incorporations, partnerships, shareholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and franchise matters. He joined PLLR Lawyers as an articled student in 2001 and has practiced with the firm since.
