About Alexandra
Alexandra King is an associate in Bernard LLP's Business Law group, assisting clients with corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance and commercial leases, and supporting senior solicitors on large transactions. Prior to joining Bernard LLP in 2023, she completed her articles and a summer internship at a large global law firm's Vancouver office. She obtained her Certificate of Qualification in Law from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada after an LLB (Hons) Senior Status degree, finishing top of her class, from the University of York in the UK. She previously worked over a decade in the sailing industry while completing a BA at Simon Fraser University, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2023.
