About Dafydd

Dafydd advises clients across construction, technology, energy, forestry, and hospitality on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and strategic investments, working with both sellers and purchasers on Canadian and cross-border transactions. Before law, he worked as a wildfire fighter. He was called to the Alberta bar in 2019 and the BC bar in 2021, and holds a JD from the University of Calgary and a BSc from UBC. He has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for mergers and acquisitions.
