About Jordan
Jordan Langlois's practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, with an emphasis on real estate related transactions, including real property financing, acquisitions and sales, development matters, commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, banking law, and public utilities law. He joined Kornfeld LLP as an associate in June 2011 following his articles with the firm, and serves as Board Chair of Arthritis Research Canada, the largest clinical arthritis research organization in North America, as well as a member of the British Columbia Solicitors' Legal Opinions Committee. He holds an LLB with First-Class Honours from The City Law School, City University, London (with a Top International Student Scholarship) and a BComm from McGill University, and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2011. He is recognized by Chambers and Best Lawyers.
