About Julie
Julie Gaydar joined Bernard LLP in February 2024 as an associate in the business law group, bringing combined in-house and private practice experience. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, real estate, health, and maritime law, including share and asset transactions, property development, commercial leasing, and health-sector regulatory agreements. She obtained her Juris Doctor from UBC in 2018, then worked at a regional firm on litigation involving contract, property and construction disputes, before serving as in-house counsel for a Canadian real estate developer advising on commercial leases and mixed-use construction. She was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2019 and volunteers with Access Pro Bono.
