About Brogan
Brogan Pastro maintains a general litigation practice and has appeared as counsel at all levels of court in British Columbia, including the Court of Appeal, as well as in the Federal Court. He is particularly available to assist clients with family, wills and estates, commercial, and employment and human rights law needs. He articled in the Okanagan, was called to the BC Bar in 2021, and practised as a litigation lawyer in the Kootenays and Vancouver before joining Bernard LLP in 2024. He was recently newly appointed as an adjunct professor of law at UBC's Peter A. Allard School of Law. He holds a BA in Law with French Law from New College, University of Oxford (2018) and an LLM in Common Law from UBC's Peter A. Allard School of Law (2019), and speaks fluent French.
