About Averi

Averi Ross maintains a broad civil litigation practice representing individuals and businesses in a wide range of disputes, including matters before the BC Securities Commission and the Supreme and Provincial Courts. Born and raised in Sidney, BC, she returned home to build her practice on Vancouver Island after summering and articling at a national law firm in Vancouver. She has volunteered with the University of Victoria's pro bono legal clinic and worked with the BC Ministry of Attorney General. She was admitted to practice in British Columbia in 2026.
