About Craig

Craig D. Young practices in Cook Roberts' Tax Group and Business Law Group, developing and implementing tax-effective plans for individuals and corporations, including tax-deferred corporate reorganizations, estate planning, trusts, and family business structures. He advises clients on business acquisitions and sales, incorporations, shareholder and partnership agreements, and joint ventures, with a focus on tax-efficient buying and selling of businesses. Before becoming a lawyer, Craig was a professional musician who performed with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony, the Windsor Symphony Orchestra, and Tafelmusik. He was called to the bar in 2007.
