About Kirby
Kirby Hayes practices general civil litigation, including family law, and has secured favourable outcomes for clients in both the Supreme Court and Provincial Court of British Columbia. She also regularly attends mediations and arbitrations, recognizing that alternative dispute resolution often serves clients' interests in family-related conflicts. Kirby joined Cook Roberts as an associate in 2019 after practicing litigation at another Victoria firm, and chairs Young Lawyers Victoria for the Canadian Bar Association's BC Branch. She was called to the bar in 2017.
