John van Cuylenborg advises clients on commercial and residential real estate, including commercial lending and development work, along with business acquisitions, incorporations, corporate reorganizations, and shareholder agreements. He also assists with estate planning matters such as wills, powers of attorney, and representation agreements, and advises executors through estate administration. Born in Victoria, he has served the University of Victoria as a Director of its Foundation, an instructor at the Faculty of Law, and a member of its Board of Governors. He was called to the bar in 1993.
