Tax LawSarah Campbell is a partner in McInnes Cooper's Halifax office who has practised business law since 2001, advising corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, secured transactions, and general commercial matters, as well as corporate reorganizations and succession planning with a tax focus. She acts for both lenders and borrowers in financing transactions, drawing on industry experience in sleep health, automotive, and fisheries. Sarah chairs McInnes Cooper's Promotion of Women committee and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, and the Law Society of Prince Edward Island. She serves as Vice-Chair of the King's-Edgehill School board of governors and previously sat on the boards of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation and the Nova Scotia Agricultural College Transition Board. She earned her LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 2000 and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Guelph in 1995, and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2001 and the Prince Edward Island bar in 2012.
