About Adam

Adam is a partner in Gowling WLG's Toronto office and leader of the firm's Blockchain and Digital Assets Group, helping both public and private businesses navigate the complex legal and commercial terrain surrounding blockchain technology and digital assets. Prior to joining Gowling WLG, he served as general counsel, chief legal officer and corporate secretary for a Canadian digital asset market infrastructure company. Adam is a thought leader who frequently engages with regulators and elected representatives on matters related to blockchain technology and digital assets and serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Western Ontario teaching a course on "Digital Assets and Blockchain: Law and Policy."
