About Caroline

Caroline is an associate in the firm's St. John's office, with a practice focused on management-side labour and employment law, advising and assisting clients on collective agreement interpretation and administration, labour standards, human rights, employment contracts, wrongful dismissals and other labour relations matters. She brings a perspective from previous experience practising labour and employment law from a union and employee side. She received the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador's William J. Browne Scholarship Award as an articled clerk in 2019. She is a member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador and sits on the boards of the Ruah Counselling Centre and the FIG Fund, and is a member of the firm's Promotion of Women (POW) Committee.
