About Caroline

Caroline Stephens is an associate in Osler's Real Estate Group. Her work spans commercial real estate transactions, construction-related matters, financing, and the property components of larger merger and acquisition deals. Caroline also helps landlords and tenants negotiate commercial leases and has been involved in several major real estate deals for clients across Canada. She holds a law degree from the University of Montréal and a finance degree from Concordia University. Caroline is also a co-founder of a young philanthropists group supporting cancer and immunology research at the Université de Montréal.
