About Amy
Amy Cooper practices civil and commercial litigation, helping organizational and individual clients resolve contractual, property, and shareholder disputes, along with employment, professional negligence, and construction matters. She appears before all levels of court in Alberta and represents clients in arbitration and other dispute resolution processes. Cooper obtained her law degree from the University of Calgary in 2009 and a joint degree in economics and geography from the University of Toronto in 2004. After law school she articled as a law clerk to the Honourable Justice Hunt at the Alberta Court of Appeal, then completed her articles at a national firm before joining TingleMerrett LLP. She is fluent in French and conversant in Spanish.
