About Chris
Chris Croteau practices corporate securities, corporate finance (debt and equity), and corporate transactional law for emerging, growth, and small-cap companies, both public and private. His focus on working closely with directors and management teams gives him insight into the business and financial realities these companies face, including financing options, private equity and public offerings, exchange listings, and corporate acquisitions. Croteau's clients span oil and gas, technology, real estate, manufacturing, aerospace, and telecommunications. He earned his law degree and commerce degree, both from the University of Alberta, in 2001 and 1998 respectively, and teaches a Corporate Finance class for law students at the University of Calgary.
