About Ken

Ken Braithwaite is the founder of Braithwaite Boyle Accident Injury Law. He earned his law degree from the University of Alberta in 1977 and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 1978, going on to practise personal injury litigation for more than four decades. In 2017 he was seriously injured in a vehicle accident, spending months in hospital recovering from several broken vertebrae and other injuries, an experience that shapes the firm's exclusively accident-injury practice.
