About Aislinn

Aislinn Reid is a partner in Osler's Disputes practice. She represents hospitals and other health care clients across civil actions, human rights complaints, regulatory proceedings and coroner's inquests, and has appeared before courts and tribunals at every level in Ontario. Aislinn also advises health care organizations on risk management, privacy and workplace investigations, working closely with clinical leaders on matters involving patient consent. She maintains an employment law practice defending employers in dismissal and human rights disputes, along with a commercial litigation practice covering contract and franchise disputes. Aislinn led the Osler Women Lawyers Network from 2016 to 2019 and earned her law degree at Queen's University.
