Kristen Petitclerc is a partner at Renno & Vathilakis known for her work on complex, high-stakes commercial litigation. She handles matters involving significant financial exposure and corporate governance failures, including shareholder disputes, real estate litigation, franchise disputes and professional discipline cases. She obtained the dismissal of all charges against a chartered professional accountant and played a central role in securing a multi-million dollar judgment against the perpetrator of a major investment fraud. Admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2012, she has obtained emergency relief in several matters, including the removal of a director from a company's operations in an oppression remedy case.
