About Alex
Alex Schinkel is an Associate at DWF Canada in Vancouver, called to the British Columbia Bar in 2026. He holds a J.D. from Thompson Rivers University's Faculty of Law and a B.A. from the University of Northern British Columbia. He joined DWF as a summer student in 2024 and returned to complete articles in 2025, and now maintains a broad civil litigation practice assisting clients with construction litigation, general insurance matters, subrogation and strata law before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. As a student he served on the University Senate and competed nationally with UNBC's JDC West Debate team.
