About Mark

Mark Alexander co-leads Miller Thomson's National Construction Litigation group, focusing on construction disputes, insurance, and commercial litigation. He acts for owners, contractors, and subcontractors on breach of contract, delay, deficiency, builders' lien, bonding, and warranty disputes, and his insurance work involves professional negligence claims. He was called to the Alberta bar in 2009 and holds an LL.B. from the University of Alberta.
