About Sharu

Sharu Ratnajothy is an associate at Dolden Wallace Folick's Toronto office. Before joining the firm, she worked as in-house legal counsel at a major Canadian insurance company, where she managed property damage files and complex personal injury matters. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Small Claims Court, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Sharu earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph and a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba, taking part in oral advocacy competitions such as the Canadian National Negotiation Competition and the Hockey Arbitration Competition of Canada while in school. Her practice covers occupiers' liability, liquor liability, sports and recreational liability, commercial general liability, employment and human rights, property damage, and motor vehicle accidents, and she is called to the Ontario bar.
