About Alexandre

Alexandre Grancoin-Vinet practises family law at Goldwater Droit, regularly pleading before the Superior Court and, in select cases, the Quebec Court of Appeal. He takes on complex matters involving notional income and judicial expertise, and also handles civil mandates such as hidden defects, civil liability, disputes between co-owners and landlord-tenant conflicts before the Court of Québec and the Tribunal administratif du logement. Grancoin-Vinet completed his LL.B. at the University of Sherbrooke in 2018 and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2020. He is a member of the Association des avocats et avocates en droit de la famille du Québec and works with clients in both French and English.
