About Daniella

Daniella Cienfuegos appears before the Superior Court in high-conflict family law matters and is trilingual in English, French and Spanish. Her practice covers divorce and separation, custody and access, partition of family patrimony assets, and international and interprovincial child custody disputes, including cases involving multiple children, domestic violence and substance use. She also represents landlords and tenants before the Tribunal administratif du logement. Cienfuegos joined Goldwater Droit in 2023 as an articling student through the firm's competitive Course aux Stages recruitment process; before law school she worked in tax litigation at the Department of Justice Canada. She holds an LL.B. from UQAM (2022) and was called to the Quebec Bar in 2023.
