About Christian

Christian Ferron has served as Of Counsel at Goldwater Droit since 2005, providing the research and legal analysis that underpins much of the firm's family, civil and estate litigation rather than appearing in court himself. He co-authored a chapter on spousal support in Jurisclasseur Québec: Personnes et Famille, a treatise used by the Quebec family bar and bench. From 2001 to 2004 he clerked at the Quebec Court of Appeal for Justices Louise Otis, Marc Beauregard and Louise Lemelin. Ferron completed his LL.B. at Laval University in 2000, was called to the Quebec Bar in 2002, and later earned an LL.M. with Honours from McGill University in 2008. He practises in French and English.
