About Joseph

Joseph Neudorfer has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2007 and practises commercial and civil litigation from Montreal. He has appeared before all levels of Quebec courts, including the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court, and Family Court, as well as before numerous administrative tribunals in cities such as Laval, Longueuil, Valleyfield, Saint-Jérôme, Trois-Rivières, Sherbrooke, Granby, and Quebec City. He has also handled matters in emerging industries, including cryptocurrency, cannabis, and cybersecurity, and was among the first lawyers in Canada to bring cryptocurrency-related matters before the courts. He has published a legal analysis on bitcoin and the law.
