About Daria

Daria Lupu's practice at Goldwater Droit is devoted to family law, including divorce and separation, parenting time, spousal and child support, and the partition of family assets. During her studies at UQAM she worked with the Innocence Project on wrongful-conviction cases, contributing to case reviews, evidence analysis and a brief filed at the Court of Appeal. Her practice also covers the drafting of marriage contracts and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Lupu earned her LL.B. from UQAM in 2023 and was called to the Quebec Bar in 2025. She is a member of the Association des avocats et avocates en droit familial du Québec and works in French, English and Romanian.
