About Jasmyn
Jasmyn Lee is an associate in Osler's Financial Services group in Toronto, working on domestic and cross-border commercial lending matters. She counsels banks, equity sponsors and corporate borrowers through financings that include project finance, public-private partnerships, acquisition loans, syndicated facilities, derivatives, cross-border deals, secured credit and securitizations. Lee has been active with the Canadian Alternative Reference Rate working group, which is guiding the market's shift from the Canadian Dollar Offered Rate to the Canadian Overnight Repo Rate Average, and she co-chairs its Accounting, Tax and Regulatory subgroup. She holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Science from McMaster University.
