About Cameron

Cameron D. Koziskie is a partner whose practice covers corporate and commercial law, including private asset management, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions across industries such as financial services. He has substantial experience in private equity and private M&A matters, including investment and exit deals involving private equity funds, along with pension funds and strategic parties, across a wide range of industries. He is also familiar with shareholder agreements and commercial contracts within complex deals. Within his asset management practice, Cameron helps clients establish their own asset management programs and platforms, and has taken part in numerous private equity fund formation matters, acting for fund sponsors as well as pension plans and other institutional investors. Cameron serves as a Cabinet Member for the Leaders' Campaign, supporting the Sick Kids Hospital Foundation based in Toronto.
