About Sarah
Sarah Strong is a senior associate at Torys focusing on corporate law, particularly private equity and mergers and acquisitions. She has worked on both sides of domestic and cross-border deals, representing targets and acquirors in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. She has advised some of Canada's largest private equity firms and financial institutions on a variety of investment matters. Sarah also counsels private equity sponsor clients, including both established and newly forming funds, on structuring, governance, carried interest, and other economic terms.
