Administrative & Regulatory LawAlexandra's work centers on civil litigation, and she has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court on motions, applications and trials. She has also handled regulatory matters at the Ontario Court of Justice and before several administrative tribunals. Before joining Battiston & Associates, she articled and worked at a Toronto criminal defence firm. During law school she volunteered with Osgoode Hall's Pro Bono Students Canada program and the Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center for Holocaust Studies. Alexandra earned her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2004 and a BA from Eckerd College in 2000, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2005. She speaks Italian, French and Spanish and is active with several Italian-Canadian business and community organizations.
