Eddy Battiston founded Battiston & Associates in 1983 and directs its Civil Litigation Practice Group. His practice spans corporate, commercial, and estate litigation, construction liens, professional malpractice, shareholder rights, mortgage remedies, personal injury, employment law, expropriation, and bankruptcy matters, with appearances before Ontario courts, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Tax Court of Canada. He is a Certified Arbitrator with the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Ontario.
