About Harold
Harold Rosenberg is an associate whose practice centres on civil litigation before all levels of court, as well as mediations and arbitrations. He earned his BSc from the University of Toronto in 1976 and his LL.B. from the University of Toronto Law School in 1982, and he was called to the Ontario bar in 1984. Harold has been associated with Battiston & Associates since 2008, having previously practised with Maxwell M. Steidman, Q.C., with whom he still associates on files. Over his career he has handled reported cases spanning municipal law, mortgage law, professional negligence, corporate and partnership disputes, construction liens, and landlord and tenant matters. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
