Fitzpatrick v. Orwin, 2014 ONCA 124
The Court of Appeal dismissed an appeal by a plaintiff who'd unsuccessfully sued neighbouring respondents for nuisance, malicious prosecution and conspiracy. The respondents had succeeded on a counterclaim covering trespass, wrongful registration of a certificate of pending litigation and intentional infliction of mental distress, and that result stood. H. Rosenberg was counsel for the respondents in this matter, the "Dead Coyote Case".
