Battiston & Associates is a Toronto law firm founded in 1983 by brothers Eddy Battiston and Flavio Battiston. The firm has practised from a single office on Wilson Avenue in Toronto for decades, building a general practice around civil litigation, corporate and commercial transactions, real estate, wills and estates, and employment law. Eddy Battiston, the firm's founding partner, directs the civil litigation group and became a certified arbitrator with the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Ontario in 1997. Flavio Battiston leads the real estate group, acting for purchasers, vendors, builders, and lenders on residential and commercial deals, and has litigated commercial and real property disputes through to the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Three associates round out the team: Harold Rosenberg, who joined the firm in 2008 after practising with Maxwell M. Steidman, QC; Alexandra M. Battiston, who practises mainly in civil litigation and also speaks French, Italian, and Spanish; and Diana Simonetti, who joined as a summer student in 2020 and now practises in civil litigation, wills and estates, small claims, and before administrative tribunals. Alexandra M. Battiston is active in Toronto's Italian-Canadian business community, including membership in the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization and ICCO Forward at the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario.
