About Andrea

Andrea is a senior associate at Gardiner Miller Arnold LLP, where she represents condominium boards, managers, and owners on the common issues that arise in condo living. In 2018 she received ACMO's Associate of the Year Award. Beyond condominium law, she also handles real estate transactions, litigation, and wills and estates matters, drawing on that range to give clients a fuller picture of their condo-related issues. Clients often return to her for help with matters beyond their original file.
