About Diana

Diana Simonetti is an associate practising civil litigation, wills and estates, small claims, and administrative tribunal matters. She earned her Honours B.A. in Political Science from McMaster University, where she received a Golden Key award for academic achievement, and went on to complete her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Leeds. She also earned a National Committee Accreditation Certificate from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada and completed a master's course in Administrative Law through Osgoode Professional Development. While studying in Leeds, she volunteered as a Student Ambassador teaching children about Canadian legal culture and spoke publicly on domestic violence legislation and local housing initiatives. Diana joined Battiston & Associates as a summer student in 2020 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022.
