About Meg
Meg Atkinson is a partner at Kastner Ko LLP and heads the firm's labour practice, acting for trade unions in sectors such as health care, construction, manufacturing, media, entertainment and academia. She appears regularly before labour relations tribunals and arbitration boards on behalf of unions and their members. Beyond labour law, her work extends to human rights, employment, administrative and election law, and she represents professional regulators and regulated professionals in disciplinary hearings as well as students in academic discipline cases.
